I’m not into sports whatsoever, so the idea of wearing a team cap seems rather silly. I was trying to find a hat I could wear during the more miserable months here in Florida that wasn’t associated with a team. Imogene + Willie are known for their wonderful selvedge denim, which is why for this cap they collaborated with the experts over at Ebbet’s Field Flannels - a company that since 1988 has been creating vintage inspired apparel & ballcaps for just about every team that has ever existed. All made with pride in the USA in their Seattle factory. An indigo colored wool with the infamous plus sign logo keep this cap extremely simple – exactly what I was looking for.

I would strongly encourage watching this short film of the Imogene + Willie story.
That’s a great story. Very encouraging to see small-is-beautiful.
You know if these caps have the cardboard bill? been looking for a flimsy bill cap.. thought these ebbets might be the answer since they say the make them authentic to past.
Jay – the bills on these caps are definitely pretty sturdy, they have some give to them and I’m sure could be molded to look how you want it to.
great hat and love that it’s made in the USA, but a wool cap in FL… really?!
I love I&W. All of their products are absolutely incredible. I used to live down the street from the service station that is now their store, and it is awesome to see how they have made the space their own.
I can’t wait to visit the brick & mortar shop. They’ve done awesome stuff!
Curious about the wool hat in summmer. I live in ATL soon to be moving To Florida but I love these hats.
